NPrinting Upgrade

Please I need help understanding what's going on. Am still learning the Qlik Sense and NPrinting platforms and I appreciate all the help I get from this forum. My company just upgraded last weekend from Nprinting April 2020 to June 2020 and I woke up to the screen below.  What is the next step please? What am I supposed to do?

Concerning the NPrinting Designer do I need  to upgrade that too? If yes I will appreciate links to help documents. Thanks

I am not sure what else do you see there - this is typical screen when you go to your license in NPrinting admin console.

As usual - did you go to https://help.qlik.com and check what are the upgrade steps?

Designer needs to be on the same version as server and engine - again, it is all written in help:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2020/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Upgrading...
