NPrinting Upgrade

Hello, my company just upgraded toJune 2020 and I need to upgrade the NPrinting designer on my machine. I have looked around for information on  that but came up with nothing. I am especially nervous about this because we have some reports in in the production server that are already scheduled for distribution that I would not want to mess with. A pointer to any documentation that can be of help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Pomna

Please check the following...Part 5 which discusses NP designer. It is essential to ensure that the NP designer is upgraded to match the version of the NP server.

Hi @Pomna ,

Yes, the official help site page about upgrading Qlik NPrintng https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2020/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Upgrading-Qlik... doesn't mention how to upgrade the Qlik NPrinting Designer.  The reason is that you just need to run the setup of the Designer you need to install and follow the instructions on the screen. The Designer is a local application that doesn't have the complexity of the Server and Engines.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
