NPrinting Web Console Certificate Error

Hi I have this certificate error on web console landing page, what can I do to fix it? Thank you!

Hi Jessica,

You must install CA signed certificates. https://qliksupport.force.com/articles/000043517

Or, (from version June 2017) enable HTTP. See https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2017/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/Security.htm

Hi Daniel,

I have installed latest version of NPrinting 17.3.1..I wanted to enable http. However, I cannot find the conf files in program data folder.

My services are running . I'm getting the same error as jessica was getting. SO wanted to enable http by the link you you have provided.

Hi Chinna,

As mentioned in my previous post, this feature is only available from version June 2017 (not in earlier versions including 17.3.x). You will need to upgrade if you want to enable HTTP.
