NPrinting Web Engine Starts then Stops

I recently did an upgrade of Nprinting Server/Engine/Designer to Feb 2019 and have a problem with the service called "Qlik Nprinting Web Engine". It starts but then stops a few seconds later without showing any error. I've tried different service accounts with the all required permissions but still the same happens.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be, e.g. a port issue, repository?

Hi 

You may be encountering the TLS 1.0 bug discovered after the product release. It was resolved in NPrinting Feb. 2019 SR 1. 

Please review the product release notes to prepare for upgrading followed by an upgrade to this version NPrinting Feb. 2019 SR 1 in an effort to resolve the issue.
