NPrinting don't open excel report for edition

Hello guys!

I have the full office package installed on the same PC that is instaled NPrinting Designer.

But when I try open a excel report for edition shows a following message:

Qlik NPrinting Designer can't find a supported reporting template editor for the file ... (see image attached).

I can edit word, pixel perfect, power pint and html reports with no problem. The problem occours only in excel reports.

I tried restart the server and the PC that is instaled NPrinting desinger but is not working.

Someone can help me?

Obs: I use qlik sense.

Hi,

It could be an error during the Excel installation. Try to reinstall Excel and the Qlik NPrinting Designer.

Remember that Office 365 is not supported.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Thanks Ruggero!

I was using the Office 365. The stranger thing is that Word reports normally open.

Anyway I tried on Office 2016 and it worked.
