I've created a multi-page pixelperfect report that varies in length depending on the data. I have some data fields (e.g. instructions) that are listed under a caption (e.g. "Instructions:"). I don't want a page break to occur between the caption and the data field. How do I group those together so the page break will happen before the caption? I found I could set the Keep Together Behavior flag so the data field won't have a page break in the middle of it, but can't figure out how to group it with the caption.
