Hi guys,

We have an excel template which has a set of 20 images drop in as a single item. Until recently it was working fine and we haven't made any changes to the app or the template. Below are the issues we're now facing:

Only display 16 of the 20 in the distributed report (still 20 in the app).
Some of the images are now being sliced in half horizontally.

Is there any reason this would be happening?

Could you share more details? Like the versions of the softwares are you using, the type of connection, some screenshots, the logs?
