NPrinting on demand report through access point

Hi

I have a dashboard that when open through access point allows an end user to run the report in NPrinting.  this has been working fine but I am now getting the error below when we try to run it.  We have restarted the services and checked that the acutal dashboard on the server has connection and it does.  Any ideas would be appreciated

Hi,

From Requirements for QlikView NPrinting 16.x.x.x versions only‌: "NOTE: NPrinting On Demand does NOT support reverse proxy server configurations nor software/hardware web load balancers at this time. It is currently designed to work with http or https in a non load-balanced front environment where ports 9000 and 9001 are left open for use with NPrinting On Demand Exclusively."

Be sure that the ports 9000 and 9001 are open. Maybe something was changed on the firewall.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
