NPrinting output files housekeeping

We have upgraded to NPrinting 19(Nov 2019), and we set a output folder to store the output reports. 

Now, my question is whether there is any way to do the housekeeping for the output reports?

Anything within NPrinting ecosystem is maintained by Days to Keep and Reports to Keep parameters and they are responsible for housekeeping of native nprinting portal News Stand only.

If you are refering to File share in your network this is not integrated part of NPrinting ecosystem and needs to be maintained separately. There are no features in the tool allowing you to control content of destination folders.

You may need to consider writing custom batch files to do housekeeping or use 3rd party tool.
