NPrinting report restriction to send email if there is no data

Hello Everyone,

There is a report which will be sent out to users on a daily basis. My issue here is I have around 85 users which are expected to have some data at any point in time, but all of them will not have data everyday. So I am looking for a solution to avoid sending email to the users who don't have data on a particular day as it is sending an empty email with no attachments, which is creating a chaos in users. 

FYI: Since there are multiple users and there is also section access applied to this report. I had to run an import task to import users specific to their filters, roles and groups.

To avoid reporting fatigue, I use Conditions on my NPrinting tasks and reports to not send an email if there is no data.

Hello, Thanks for the response. I think the link you shared does not provide entire solution. Let me explain in detail. I am looking for email to be not generated to certain amount of users, meaning if I have 85 users if 45 users have data on a particular day it should generate email to that 45 users only and email should not be generated for the rest. The users who have data might vary for everyday, but how many users have data on that particular day only they should receive email and rest should be excluded.
