NPrinting schedule is not executing properly

NPrinting schedule is not executing properly,if log file is observed,it is just executed till below points
and no logs have been written after that

Message Service: event started
Service <Date> <Timing> Message Run Schedule: Scheduler Name
Service <Date> <timing> Message Run Job: Job Name
Service <Date> <timing> Message Run Task: Task Name

Hi,

You have to help us to help you by adding more details. For example you didn't add the label with the version you are using, you should add the complete log files, the steps to reproduce the issue, some screenshot with your task settings, etc.

With so few details we cannot give any suggestion.

Dear Sir,

 

  Thank you for quick response. We have restarted server and the stuck process is stopped and now everything is working fine. Some schedular was showing in running status in Nprining Server Monitoring and hence everything was stuck as per our understanding

hi,

If you are not running latest Qlik NPrinting version (November 2019) please upgrade to it and try again. We solved some issues that seems similar to the one you are experiencing.
