NPrinting service QlikNPrintingRepoService showing as "Network Service" for Log On As after install?

Hi,

We have recently installed NPrinting software fresh on a single node.

As per the Help recommendations we have a dedicated service account for it.

Once the installation finished the Services list (Start > Services) looks like this:

ServiceLog On As
Qlik NPrinting EngineService account
QLik NPrinting SchedulerService account
Qlik NPrinting Web EngineService account
QlikNPrintingMessagingServiceLocal System
QlikNPrintingReportServiceNetwork Service

Does this look correct?

  • It is correct for NPrinting Nov. 2019 and earlier versions.
  • From Feb. 2020 NPrinting and later versions there is also the 'licensing service'

The NPrinting server should also be installed on a dedicated NPrinting server computer and the user account used to run specific NP services must be a domain account.
