NPrinting task error

Hello!

We have an NPrinting 19.19 report retrieving QlikView 11.20 data. Recently, the task has ceased to work out successfully. Error in task execution logs

Warn Failed generation of report 14cb0fb2-f32d-4ad5-87dd-e7a34607a9b6 for user b31be979-0313-44cd-a338-a865d4aea8ac. ERROR: Exceeded maximum number of retries.

After failure, we start the task manually, and it fulfills successfully. No errors were found in the QlikView log. What could be the problem?

Hi,

Please avoid to comment a one year and half old conversation. Instead open a new question with all details of your issue. For example you spoke about update but you did not specify what version are you using now and the answer could depends on that information.

As per the linked support article please also check the Qlik NPrinting logs for search for specific error messages.

Be also sure that you are using a supported version of all softwares as explained in https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2020/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Planning-y...

Best Regards,

Ruggero
