NPrinting v15.7 activation error: The product key has already been activated with the maximum number of computers

The machine that this key was installed on is no longer around. This error appears when attempting to activate the NPrinting client on a new user's machine. Is there a way to clear the license from previous activations?

Yes,

We need to reset your NP 15.7 license code.
