NPrintingSvc Error: Cannot create file ... Access Denied

Hi,

Setup:

I am running a NPrinting 16.4 (SR4) service, based on QliKView 11.20 applications.

I have many daily NPrinting reports that work fine with the same setup and file locations (recipients import source .xls file, template and .qvw), but I encountered an issue when setting up a new job today.

Error:

When the job runs, triggered by an NPrintingConnect.qvw from QMC, like all the other NPrinting jobs, there is now suddenly an error that shows up after the recipient import task, making the task fail in QMC.

When I look at 20190522_NPrintingSvc.log, it shows;

Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message Start Recipient Imports
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message Run recipient import "Import"
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message Recipients loaded: 3
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message End recipient import "Import"
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message Recipient Test1 updated
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message Recipient Test2 updated
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message Recipient Test3 updated
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message Recipients updated: 3
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Error Error: Cannot create file "\\QVServer\NPrintingReports\Test_Report\9D68BB23B1B24F3D945044A9748A2357". Access is denied
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message End Recipient Imports
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message End Execute Task
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message Terminate Task: Import Recipients
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message This task took 0 seconds to execute
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message -------------------
Service 22.05.2019 11:17:59 Message Run Task: KAM_Report

And then the NPrintingService runs the rest of the job fine, produces the report and emails it correctly to our recipients.

The issue is that this "Error:Cannot Create File .... Access is denied" is making the QMC task fail.

Troubleshooting:

I have made sure that the serviceaccount has the correct full control access to the \\QVServer\NPrintingReports\Test_Report\ folder.

I am unable to reproduce the error by going directly into the QVServer and running the job in QlikView NPrinting Designer with the same service account.
