I have created a nprinting document and when I run the job, I do not receive any emails. I have checked the email settings under options and they all seem correct. I have also send a test email and I get a test email.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
can you tell me what the solution is as if I change to other recipient they receive the email although my settings and theirs is completely the same.

I have checked junk, and clutter folders and all items just in case , hence sent a test email and which I received successfully using the test email service, The email address is correct. I have tested using other peoples account and they receive the email but I don't.
