Not to send Empty report to user via Email

How to avoid not sending empty report to user via email..

I have a set of filter and usage date conditions.

For instance employee profit for the employee 'A' from 21/10/2017 -24/10/2017 will have set of date , Employee value for Employee B for the same above date range will have no data. When I generate a report  i will get data for employee A and blank report for employee B. Those both will send thru email. I need to avoid sending blank report. How to achieve that in Nprinting 16
