Nprininting PixelPerfect custom fonts

My organisation uses a custom typeface. The font is installed on the system and can be used in PixelPerfect, but a fallback font is used instead when the report is generated/previewed.

The font is embeddable. How can I get PixelPerfect/NPrinting to respect the custom font?

Hi,

The custom font must:

- be a true type fonts (*.ttf). Open type fonts are not supported.

- installed in all Qlik NPrinting Engine computers

- installed in all Qlik NPrinting Designer computers

Best Regards

Thanks @Ruggero_Piccoli. I can confirm that all of your points are met, but it is still not working in my case.

Hi,

Are you using a recent version of Qlik NPrinting? If you are not using latest, please update and test with it.

Could you open a support ticket with a link to this conversation and the *.ttf file of the font you want to use?

Best Regards,

Ruggero
