Nprinting 16.7 compatibililty with Qlik 12.2 SR5

We having schedule N printing jobs on N printing 16.7 SR7 and recently we upgraded Qlik from 12 SR3 to Qlik 12 Nov SR5 after that N printing server schedule showing running state but job is not running.


Have anyone seen this issue in QlikView SR5 and if yes have you tried anything that makes it work?

Have you upgraded Server and Desktop clients to the same version? Keep in mind that NPrinting is using desktop client to communicate to server..

What do you see in your session 0 when NPrinting starts a task. Maybe your desktop client on NPrinting machine does not have Qlik license leased after upgrade?
