NSQs:
There is no 'count' tool for either the NSQs watched nor the number of recipients imported.
To count NSQs you would need to stop the NP service and manually count each item in the watch list if the number of NSQs goes outside the viewable area of the watch list. Or if you are watching folders, you can count the NSQ files in your watched NSQ folder.
NSQs should be kept in their own folders and not with any other file or folder.
Recipients:
Your recipients import file should contain the number of recipients that you are importing. If you are manually adding recipients one at a time, you would need to manually count each recipient in the recipients window of the Designer Interface.
I think the larger question here is: can this information be queried in a database. Unfortunately no. NP 16 is file driven and not database driven so there is no single table to query this information.
