Nprinting 17. 3 server unavailable if we run more than 1 job

Good day

Once we schedule a publish task to run , we cannot connect to  the server via remote desktop connection.

Server has 6g GB ram  , we meet all system requirements .

Each time i have to request for the server to be restarted

Also can someone explain the different Nprinting windows services and their functions .

Qlik NPrinting Windows services are explained in this page of the help site Architecture ‒ Qlik NPrinting

About the RDP connection, I would to suggest you to connect before report generation starts and keep under control the usage of resources. There are no technical reasons why Qlik NPrinting Server should refuse a remote desktop connection.
