Nprinting 17 engine always offline

Hi!!

I installed nprinting disigner, engine and nprinting server, i added an engine but this engine always is offline. i created rules in the firewall because i saw a video are explain how to switch online an engin but not works.

How to switch the status of engine.

Hi Daniel !!!!

I was able to change the status of engine, the process was stop all qlikview services and uninstall the nprintng server, nprinting engine and nprinting diisigner, after that, restart the server and finally reinstall nprinting server.
