Nprinting 18 Sep is sending empty reports

Hi,

We have installed newest Qlik Nprinting September 2018 Sr1 and i have problem with sending empty reports.

I have filters per users and another filters per reports. I've set the condition with type chart that contains value but it still sending to some users empty report.

I want to send only to users where there is some data in the chart. Is this true that filters for users are executed after conditions? How should I configured this type of repost in NP?

Hi,

If you applied the condition to the task. Remove the condition from the task and apply it to the reports in the task.

Conditions applied to tasks are evaluated only by using task filters and at the beginning of the task execution. If the condition is true all reports will be created.

Conditions applied to reports are evaluated by using task, report and user filters.
