Nprinting Error: The preview request failed with message: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

I am trying to update an Nprinting template created by a different user. But when I try to preview I get the exception error below: 

It works fine when another user previews the Template

Are you both having same designer version? What designer version you got? Hope you tried closing and reopening designer in task manager. Looks to me a local machine issue, if nothing works then try to reinstall the designer.

We both are. Yes, it was a local machine issue. restarting seems to have fixed it. Thank you
