Nprinting Fail to respond after changing service account

Hi,

I recently just changed our Nprinting service account credentials on services.msc to use a different account and i now cannot access Nprinting online. The error message says "This site cant be reached   server refused to connect".

I tried logging in with the service account i changed it to and it did work.

Thank you

Hi Jesse,

Few options you can try out:

  • Restarting the server after changing your service account credentials (update your service account password).
  • Be sure that the service account has administrative rights allocated for NPrinting.

Refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2018/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/User-accounts.htm

for more info.

Thanks and regards,

Hi,

Check that all Windows Services are up and running. In particular it seems that the Web Engine did not started.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
