Hi there,
I am trying to achieve distribution of an Nprinting report to a specific group of users (customers). Every customer has one or more recipients. For example company A will get a single email to two recipients working in company A : CompanyAuser1@companyA.com and CompanyAuser2@companyA.com
I don't want to use the CC or BCC option. Instead of one email, Nprinting sends two emails, one for each recipient in company A.
I tried to create a user named Company A with two different email addresses. I saw on community that one user can have multiple email addresses, however Nprinting doesn't let me do this, I am getting a message "Please enter a valid email address". I tried to separate the email addresses with comma and semi comma.
Does anyone has the same issue in Nprinting November 17 ? Is this just my case or this version of Nprinting doesn't support multiple emails for one user ?
Thanks
Kristina
Hi Kristina,
One recipient = one user = one email address. You should create all your users (with user filters if required) and group them by customer into NPrinting Groups. Add the Group into the Users/groups section of the relevant Publish task. A user can belong to multiple groups. This way you maintain the list of users in the Group - no need to modify the Publish task if users change.

Dear Kristina,
I think this functionality is not available in NPrinting 17.

Hi Daniel,
this is exactly what I am using However using this method the recipients will get separate emails. I was trying to achieve to send out just one email to Company A addressing all the related recipients.
Thanks for your reply anyway
Kristina
Thanks !
Did you ever figure this out? I am having the issue where it is trying to send to everyone at once and the smtp server is kicking back because of too many emails at once.
Hi Scott,
No actually I haven't figured this out and as far as I know the only option is to add recipients to CC or BCC if you need to include more than one recipient to a single email.
I ended up creating users separately and distributing reports individually in separate emails.
Cheers,
Kristina
