Nprinting On-Demand April 2019 Failure. It works, then it doesn't

We encountered a problem in testing our NPrinting  On-Demand April 2019 extension. Below, I describe the problem and have attached the Nprinting Engine Log. 

Problem description:

We encounter two problems:

1) Nprinting On Demand April 2019 fails when we select a certain date range in our filters

2) Nprinting  On Demand April 2019 no longer works after we encounter the failure when the above event occurs. Even when we use filters that worked previously.

We recently developed a Nprinting On-demand April 2019 solution which initially works fine. We're able to select filters and the report generates when we click the button. One of the filters involves a date range. I change this date range until the report fails to generate. At this point, no set of filters work.

Our Configuration

  • Qlik Sense Enterprise ver April 2019 patch 1
  • Qlik NPrinting April 2019

Support for Date Ranges will come with the next release of NPrinting coming in June. See section Filter support QlikView and Qlik Sense Advanced Search of the release notes associated with this technical preview. The GA release notes will have more information associated with this topic.

Further, our June release of the Qlik NPrinting Help site will contain greater detail information regarding the scope this new feature when the General Availability (GA) version is released in June.
