Nprinting Reports not showing up in the QlikSense Hub

Hi,

I have installed NPrinting and connection setup was successful.

When creating reports, I can see the reports in the NewsStand but I could not find them in the QlikSense Hub.

Although i gave the right address to the Hub in Central Node Address.

The Central Node address is from the Qlik Sense Nodes- Host name

But my Hub in Qlik Sense is not showing up the reports.

Also my users are not getting emails with the reports.

Any thoughts?

So the final problems are:

In Development Hub:  Error 400(bad Request)

In Production Hub: Error 409 ( Conflict)

Both are able to publish on News Stand and send emails but cant publish to Sense Hub.

can you please try to connect to Sense hub or to Sense QMC from the NPrinting server machine logged with the same domain user? Is it reachable? Is the domain user RootAdmin in Sense?

It is connected and I am able to login into the sense hub or QMC with NPrinting server machine.

Also, it is RootAdmin in sense.

I read multiple documents online, there is nothing which is missing.

I've just noticed that the "https://" part is missing from the central node address (I'm watching your screenshot).

So it should be https://cropvwqlik.....

So, the central node address was :

corpvwqlikda01.molex.com

When i update it to "https://corpvwqlikda01.molex.com" and hit save, it again changes automatically to corpvwqlikda01.molex.com

Https:// never appears

but it automatically changes back to

corpvwqlikda01.molex.com

https  : // never appears

Mmmmm at this point It's becoming a personal matter...

Could you please try to open the sense certificates (double click) and post here a screenshot with the details?

Also could you repeat the connection tests (from a browser) with these two exact URL:

https://corpvwqlikda01.molex.com:4242

https://corpvwqlikda01.molex.com:4243

and post here a screenshot with the outcome?

What Do you mean by Opening Sense Certificate ?? Do you mean to open Client, root, server certificate which i imported from QlikSense Server to QlikNprinting Server??

When i try to open them it goes through bunch of steps and say that import is successful.

Hi,

So finally Something happened.

Qlik Nprinting in Production hub is running now.

It shows me Reports in the Sense hub but it does not shows them to the User sense hub.

Any possibility why this would be happening??

Qlik Nprinting in Dev hub is still not publishing reports to Sense Dev hub.

Hi Aman, I'm glad to hear that. Could you please explain me better what do you mean by Sense Hub and User Hub?

Publishing to Dev Hub is not supported yet, so it's a work as designed.
