Hello Qlik Gurus,
We had scheduled Nprinting jobs on version 16.9. Recently we had to reinstall the setup and we upgraded QlikView desktop and server to ver12.4. All was running fine pre-upgrade and now schedules do not show up in monitoring on Nprinting server whatever we do. Running the task manually on Designer still works fine and distributes the mails.
Have tried all the steps of pre-requisites to date as in community and still no luck. Having exclusive service account to having same version of Designer and Server. Schedules.xml doesn't get updated and its empty, also tried deleting and checking if Nprinting regenerates on restarting the services. But no luck on this.
Please let me know if anyone has suggestions on this.

Hi,
Before upgrading, please read the official Release Notes of QlikView NPrinting. QlikView 12.30 and 12.40 are not supported. A list of supported version is available also at the page https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Documents/Requirements-for-QlikView-NPrinting-16-x-x-x-...
I think that the support for QlikView 12.30 and 12.40 will never be added because the end of life of QlikView NPrinting 16 is next March 30th, 2020.
So, the first step to solve is to install a supported version of QlikView and try again. If this will not solve please post some details of the errors that you see.

Thanks for your response, indeed had used attached post as reference for resolution. Have already tried downgrading QlikView Desktop to v12.2 SR8 from v12.4 as in the post and it did not resolve the issue.
Further, I get "RPC server is not available" when running reports from Designer when QV is downgraded. Had to revert back to v12.4, since Nprinting reports could not even be run manually.
No logs get generated from NprintingSvc side. Service just starts and runs fine on Nprinting server. Schedules.xml do not get updated/ neither gets generated if deleted.
Only updates happen on .ini file with the list of files added onto the server.

Did you upgraded also your installation of Microsoft Office? If yes, be sure you are using a supported one.
