Nprinting error message

After clicking Edit template getting this messageAfter clicking Edit template getting this message

 

Hi All,

Nprinting report was working fine but suddenly I am getting this error message.

*Version: 16.4

 

Any guidance will be of great help.

To all people that are experiencing this issue: please test with different browsers and let us know if the error appears with all or only with one.

The issue has been confirmed and may be resolved by taking the steps in the following support article:

"The given key was not present in the dictionary" error message when launching NPrinting Designer 18...
