Hi,

I am trying to generate excel graphs against each Level in Nprinting .

The issue is, graphs are generated in each level but the data being used is only fixed to data from first level.

Hello,

Can you please verify your Qlik NPrinting version? I noticed the tag listed 17.1, please note this is quite old as it was released in 2016. I do recommend upgrading your product to the latest version (September 2019) so you receive all the latest Defect / Performance fixes. Just to make you aware you do need to first be on 17.3 and then you can proceed with upgrading to the most recent versions per our documentation here:

Onto your question regarding levels. Have you followed the steps listed on our official Help Site:

Please let us know if this helped solve your issue.

Regards,
Eva

Hi,

You can follow this tutorial to create a native chart in Excel:

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Documents/How-to-Create-MS-Excel-Charts-from-Qlikview-D...

The tutorial was created for NPrinting 16, but it perfectly works also in NPrinting 18 and higher releases (just skip the last "Save template" step).

Do let us know if it resolves the problem or send detailed information if the issue persists.

Help users find answers! Do not forget to mark a solution that worked for you! If already marked, give it a thumbs up ! 🙂

Hi,

Are you using Qlik NPrinting 17.1? This version is no more supported and before proceeding you need to upgrade to latest version by following the instructions in the Release Notes and in the help site.

Then test again with latest version, it could be an already solved bug.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
