Nprinting jobs are scheduled and task status completed but mail recipients not received reports.

is your exchange server set up correct?

please try to generate reports in another way, to folder for exemple to see if it's ok or not

provide feedback so we continu checks

Do the user have their user role and are they enabled for e-mailing?
