Nprinting not sending reports to all recipients

Hi, we have about 100 recipients on the list. Only couple of users did not get the email. I checked the NPrint scheduler log and I did not find anything send to the user. For myself, I sometimes gets the email and sometimes I don't.

Our service account do not have that problem.  I was able to log into NPrint database and found out that some of the users's email address was wrong. I end up having to do a mass update about 200 users. Not sure how it got wrong. Now that we have the AD import working I think we should be ok. Thanks all

Hi,

Refer also to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Set-up...

Many SMTP servers have anti-spam configurations that limits the number of email that a sender can send in a specific amount of time. Or the size of the attached reports exceeds the maximum allowed.

Ruggero
