Nprinting services auto stopping

Hi, friends,

I need help because , I have some problems with my Nprinting Server, because his services some times autostopping, and I need to restart this service  to continue working well.

I was look on my server and only found a lot of services postgres executing. I don't know how can I do to solve my problem.

Hello,

This could be a bunch of issues to be honest. Are you able to share the Qlik NPrinting Log Files? They are found in the following directory: 

C:\ProgramData\NPrinting\Logs

I do have a few questions, which version of Qlik NPrinting are you using? Is the product installed on a dedicated server with a dedicated service account?

Which services are stopping? 

If you can provide a bit more information that will better assist us to answer your question.
