Nprinting showing different values that qliksense app

Hi Guys. I have a Nprinting task/ report

The Report is a table from the QS app. The Report in Nprinting does not give the correct values for some reason.

- I have re-loaded the app manulay.

-I have re-loaded the meta data (nprinting)

-Updated the tables

Deleted and added the objects.

The values are different from mostly for the null value if that helps. but it should replicate the data directly from the app right?

Thanks

Guys

Aaron

Hi,

which report you are doing in Nprinting ?   is it excel?

1. how many rows data you have in QS

2. and how many rows you are getting in output report ?

3. Did you check do you have any filter for that perticular report/task?

Hi Chanty,

The report is in Excel.

Not sure how many rows.

In the report generated in excel, there is only 8 rows!

This is the first time it has happened. The filter has been checked. do you have any other ideas?

Hi Aaron,

couple of ideas.

Try opening the qs app with the user that is used for nprinting service,

Do you have multiple filters? Task / report / object / user - they are applied in this order.

Hi,

Qlik NPrinting exports the data directly from the Sense App. So if the data in the report are different it means that:

- there are filters applied. Check the object filters, report, task and user. It is not clear if you are running a preview of if the report was received by a recipient

- Section access is applied Section access ‒ Qlik NPrinting

Best Regards,

Ruggero
