Nprinting- unable to setup connection with QlikSense App

Hi,

I have installed Nprinting app but unable to setup connection between the Nprinting  and the QlikSense app.

These are my entries. Very much sure about the proxy and sense app ID.

Identity is something i believe is right, but not so sure.

I get an error.

Reviewed all the documents available online. Can you please help to understand what should i do here??

Hi,

have you installed the sense certificates on NPrinting engine machine?

Is NPrinting engine service account RootAdmin on Sense environment? If so could you please try to leave the identity field empty and see what happen?

Actually I didnot assign Nprinting account as RootAdmin.
