Hi Aviral,

From your screenshot

Whitelist what is labelled  ①

You should have entered ② when installing the On-demand add-in. If not, uninstall and re-install providing ② in the NPrinting server URL

Hi,

Please give us more details:

What version of Qlik NPrinting are you using?

Did you added your QlikView Server as a trusted origin in Qlik NPrinting Web Console?

Did you enabled at least one report for On-Demand?

Did you followed the installation instructions: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2018/Content/On-Demand/Intro-On-Demand.htm?

Did you checked if in the Qlik NPrinting logs there are some specific error messagges https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2018/Content/AdministeringQVNprinting/Logging/Logging....?

Best Regards,

Ruggero
