Hi Chanty,

I've checked the Task Manager.

Nothing is opened there.

I suppose in the logs there are more detailed error messages than in the UI.

So you should check the log files at the same moment you get the error and verify if there are some messages about the connection or similar to the error you see in the UI.

Best Regards,
Ruggero

‌Hi Ruggero & Chanty,

I appreciate your efforts but till now I haven't resolved the issue.

I've tried all your recommended steps.

I am using only Qlikview and also I don't have IIS. I'm only using Http.

Cman this issue be related to Certificate or Trust certificate something like that.

Hi Aviral,

Can you try with Chrome? Have you tried this? NPrinting On-demand Not working in CHrome

If that does not help, please first open Chrome Developer Tools (F12) then click the On-demand button in the AccdessPoint. Paste a screenshot showing the contents of the Console tab.

HTH - Daniel.

Hi Aviral,

On the QlikView Server machine, who are you logged in as? You can open a Command prompt window and type whoami and press enter

That account should be entered in the Domain account field of an NPrinting user who has an appropriate security role (I suggest you test with a user with the Administrator Security role to start with).

HTH - Daniel.

I Tried but it's not working.

only issue coming with on-demand.

Rest i'm able to edit the template from web.

This on-demand is killing me.

I'm actually trying with Admin account only.

Can you please tell me where I can look upon for the below setting:

Domain account field of an NPrinting user who has an appropriate security role

Hi Aviral,

In the NPrinting console:

1. Admin > Users

2. Select the NPrinting user who is also an NPrinting Administrator (has the NPrinting Administrator security role)

3. Ensure that the Domain account field has the same user you got when running the whoami command on the QlikView Server

HTH - Daniel.

Hi Daniel,

That's really awesome. It's almost done. I've not entered it.

No connection with NPrinting Server Error Message gone.

Now, I am able to see the Generate Report option. But when I'm selecting the Template and after that clicking the Generate Report option in particular format than it is showing me this error:

An error occured:

Error creating NPrinting request. No details present.
