Hi Aviral,

What does the Console tab of the browser Developer tools show? I suspect it will be something like:

.................Origin 'http://<QlikView server address>' is therefore not allowed access..........HTTP status code 401.

If that is the case, you will need to whitelist the QlikView server scheme & host (underlined above) by adding it as a trusted origin in NPrinting.

Look for Adding the QlikView Server as a trusted origin on this page: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2018/Content/On-Demand/Install-Components.htm

Hi Aviral,

Exactly as I expected. Go ahead and whitelist your QlikView server (see my previous post for details).

Hi Daniel,

I've already added Server Address On Demand settings Trust Origin.

See this:

Do I need to do something apart from this.

Hi Aviral,

From your screenshot

Whitelist what is labelled  ①

You should have entered ② when installing the On-demand add-in. If not, uninstall and re-install providing ② in the NPrinting server URL

Hi Daniel,

It worked like a charm. Happy feeling.

As per your instruction, I again installed the on demand installer and made the necessary changes.

But the Report is stuck in the in queue state. PFB the Snapshot:

Hi Daniel/Ruggero/Chanty,

One quick and Final question:

I've created 2 Reports in Nprinting, created its related task and  gave access rights to myself (Admin). But when I access on-demand from Access point there I saw only one report was appearing and that confused me that why only one report was appearing. so, I finally one Task out of the two tasks which was appearing on access Point.

Now, I want to know that how to add Reports in on-demand Access Point.
