Phantom Task Distribution - May 2021 SR4

Hello Folks,

We currently have an NPrinting installation of May 2021 SR4.  I have a task that runs on Mondays at 9:44AM  Yesterday, the task ran successfully in the morning with no issue.  However, at 9:45PM the task ran again even though it's not scheduled to do that.

One thing I noticed was that the email didn't have the report in it, but instead had the unescaped report code in it i.e %%some_report_html%%.

When I looked at the Task Executions list, I didn't see any task running at the time the report was distributed.

Has anyone else seen this? And does anyone know what my next steps for debugging should be?  I would post pictures, but my client might not like that.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes,
I've seen this when other NP environments are running that are normally disabled or turned off. Check that you do not have another NP 'test' or other NP server that has been brought back up.

Kind regards...

This WAS the case.  The infra people had moved NPrinting from Server#1 to Server#2, and de-licensed Server#1, but didn't disable the services.

Thanks a lot for your help!
