Powerpoint ( Nprinting )

Hello 

I am facing an issue when opening the template ( PowerPoint)

after I click the Edit Template I get the result like this

Why this happens?

Is it a compatibility issue with MS Office, as I am using MS Office 2007

Hi,

For supported Microsoft Office versions refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Installing-qlik...

I think your problem is not due to the version of Office but to the zoom level that must be set to 100%. Refer to https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/NPrinting-Designer-does-not-open-preview-Fails-or-other...
