Problem verification connection QVS Nprinting 17.6

Hello guys,

I can't connect my nprinting 17.6 with my qlikview server.
Everything worked fine untill i update 17.3.1 to 17.6.

Now it says, you user has to belong to qlikview administrator group.
But he is in this group. Look at my screenshot.

I don't understand why it's working fine on 17.3.1 and not on 17.6, it's the same configuration.
2 Days i m struggling into this, i m so frustrated...

I followed all instruction. I unistalled and reinstall. I will try with other account service.

Hi,

You updated your installation from 17.3.1 to 17.6. My first suggestion is to continue the updating process to install latest available version September 2018. Then try again.
