Publish a report in a Drive or Dropbox

Hello,

Is there a way to publish Excel report in a Google Drive or Dropbox folder, in NPrinting 18.

In an other hand, how can I compress an Excel file in NPrinting 18. I know it was possible  in Nprinting 16.

Hi,

Qlik NPrinting 17+ can distribute report to folders. So you could synchronize the destination folders with the cloud storage you prefer with a third party software. 

At the moment there is not a direct way to send report to cloud storages. Also next version February 2018 will not have a similar feature.

But for my second question, it is possible to publish compressed reports(ZIP)? Like it was possible in the version 16?

At the moment you cannot compress Excel reports when the destination is a folder.

Do you know if on the next version of NPrinting, we will have the possibility of distributing NPrinting Reports  directly to Google Drive (for example)

No, this feature is not present in next version. Qlik NPrinting November 2020 Technical Preview is available at https://community.qlik.com/t5/Technical-Previews/ct-p/productinsight

You can set Qlik NPrinting to deliver reports to a folder https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2020/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Folde... then use the cloud storage syncronization tool to keep that folder syncronized with the cloud. 

You could also add this request as a new idea on https://community.qlik.com/t5/Ideas/idb-p/qlik-ideas

If you have a Qlik SAAS tenant, you may wish to consider Qlik Reporting - Qlik Cloud Reporting Solution (separate platform different from NPrinting - which is Qlik's On Premise reporting solution). This platform has the ability to export Qlik Sense Sheets to many locations including One Drive.
