Qlik N Printing Giving Error on Emails

Hello, we are using Excel to create N-Printing Reports that get distributed as PDFs. The last update we did, which was just changing a formula, created this error on the entire document.  Any idea what is causing this?

Hi,

This is an Adobe Reader error. You formatted something in the template with a custom font that is not included in the generated PDF and in the PC that is opening it. You could format the original template by using only Windows native fonts. As alternative you could try to install the custom font in all the involved computers, I mean the Qlik NPrinting Engines and the computer used by readers.
