Qlik NPrinting API - how to get list of users in a specific role

Hi all Qlik NPrinting enthusiast,

I am trying to get list of users who have any security roles assigned in Qlik NPrinting. Problems is there are thousands of users. So, I will not be able to click on every user to find out what security roles are assigned to them. These security roles assigned in Qlik NPrinting and not in LDAP.

With the help of Postman and this Qlik Link (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2020/APIs/NP+API/index.html?page=62

) I am able to successfully do basic api queries. But not able to figure out how to get list of username who are administrators, developers, NewsStand user and user.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately we lost NPrinting SuperUser password which is needed to fetch data for the governance dashboard. Since this password cant be recovered, it needs full backup and re-installation of the NPrinting server, this seemed risky and long task. So wondering if there is any API or anything other method that might help us get list of users in specific role?

Note: Even if we reinstall and create a password, the governance dashboard may not work since one of the requirement for the governance dashboard is NPrintg version should be later than 2020 version. Ours is Feb 2019 version.

If you mean that you lost the Qlik NPrinting Repository superuser password, please open a support ticket and my colleagues will help you to retrieve it. 

If you mean the Qlik NPrinting administrator password there is the link to retrieve it in the form https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/Recipients&Users/Changing-user-passw... but you must had set the SMTP server and the URLs.
