Qlik NPrinting Installation connection not generated

Hi team,

I have installed NPrinting in One machine and Qlik Sense in another machine and both machine are in same domain

I have open the following ports

  • Ports 4242 and 4243 must be opened inbound on the Qlik Sense server computer (the computer where Qlik SenseRepository Service (QRS) and Qlik Sense Proxy Service (QPS) are installed).
  • Ports 4242 and 4243 must be opened outbound on Qlik NPrinting Server and Qlik NPrinting Engines.
  • Port 4747 must be opened inbound on the computer where Qlik Sense Engine Service (QES) is installed.
  • Port 4747 must be opened outbound on Qlik NPrinting Engines.

NPrinting have installed successfully and the engine also come to online mode.

Connection Status also got Connection Successful on all NPrinting engines.

But the connection is not generated. Its showing generating only but not generated.

Can you please help on this..

Thanks

Best Regards,

Ruggero
