Qlik NPrinting messaging service not found in Windows Service

Hi all,

After I've installed Qlik NPrinting Apr 2018, the Qlik NPrinting Web Engine cannot start because of the Qlik NPrinting messaging service is missing.

Does anyone see this before? Any suggestion how to install the Qlik NPrinting messaging service?

Thanks,

Hi,

Qlik NPrinting Server installs four Windows services that must be running:

  • Qlik NPrinting RepoService
  • Qlik NPrinting WebEngine
  • Qlik NPrinting Scheduler
  • Qlik NPrinting messaging service

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/April2018/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/Installing-qlikview-npr...

If one is missing please try to reinstall the Qlik NPrinting Server again. Maybe uninstall the old server and reboot it before to start to reinstall the software again.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
