Qlik NPrinting not able to send report on email ?

Hi community please help me to resolve following problem.

I have one task in NPrinting in which I am attaching excel report to this excel report generating pivot table based on the qlik data from qlikview application.

when I preview the data in template it works fine.

also when I run the task report is visible in newsstand but not sending it on the e-mail.

log files saying report sent to email.

If you faced this kind of problem in NPrinting then please suggest me the solution .

Please review the following article to help you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

It is likely that since your email is sent according to the logs that there is a problem on the email server.

Hi,

 

Qlik NPrinting is sending correctly the email. The issue is in your SMTP server. Check the SMTP logs for more detail and this help site page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Set-up...

 This issue was also discussed in previous community conversations.
