Qlik Nprinting 17.3 Login issue

Hi,

I installed Nprinting 17.3 server and when trying to open its console, an authentication window pops up as seen in the image below. No matter what admin credentials are entered, it does not authenticate.

Could you please let me know what could be the reason behind this?

I had this exact issue and this was hugely helpful, thank you. I'm not sure why they specifically ask for an admin user name but then force you to use the email address to login. This was with the September release.
