Qlik Nprinting services crashing when we start the web console

Last year installed Qlik NPrinting Feb 2020 version. For the first we tried to open "web console",  web page didnt open. Upon checking windows services found Qlik NPrinting web engine and scheduler stopped. Then restarted the services and tried to open the web console again. Same issue, web engine and scheduler services crashes. Checked logs of scheduler and web engine. Both logs having same error message:

Unable to start SchedulerService. ERROR: Qlik.NPrinting.Repo.ServiceException: Multiple licenses found in DB↓↓

More detailed error message in attached word doc.

Couldn't find anything in forum. Can anyone guide please?

@Frank_S  Thank you Frank much appreciate your time and effort. Gonna uninstall and re-install the newer version of Qlik NPrinting as I found some unrelated server issues which requires full cleanup of the server.

Hello @Mr_Pearl

Have you at any time ever performed an NP database restore?

Can you upload the NPrinting_Manager.log here?

Understood and thanks for the update.

Please keep in mind that when you upgrade, it is not necessary to restore a database. Updating PG tables occurs during the upgrade process.
